Exterior 3D visualization and animation of a residential development in Frankenberg, Germany — a multi-unit apartment building commissioned for pre-sale marketing by a local real estate developer.
The project required a complete visual package: aerial and semi-aerial perspectives documenting the site within its existing neighborhood, eye-level views at golden hour and dusk, and a lifestyle animation bringing the development to life before construction began.
A deliberate decision was made to render the surrounding context as it actually exists — neighboring houses, streets, trees — rather than isolating the building in an idealized landscape. For a residential sale in an established German suburb, authenticity carries more weight than idealization.
The visualization package was used directly in the sales process, covering all key buyer perspectives: the approach from the street, the garden elevation, the rooftop terrace, and the private outdoor areas at ground level.
