Exterior 3D visualization and Film of Villa Romea — a contemporary private residence set on the hillside overlooking Lake Trasimeno, Umbria, Italy. The villa responds to the Umbrian landscape through the use of local stone, green roof terraces, and a composition of horizontal volumes that open toward the lake panorama.
Our team produced a full visualization package spanning aerial, semi-aerial, and eye-level perspectives — rendered at dusk to capture the specific quality of light that defines the Trasimeno basin: the warm terracotta tones of the hillside, the still surface of Italy's fourth-largest lake, and the silhouette of the Apennines at the horizon.
The challenge was not to make the villa look impressive in isolation — it already is. The challenge was to place it convincingly within one of central Italy's most recognizable landscapes, where every cypress and stone wall carries centuries of visual memory.
